1) 10:00am to 14:00pm,
2) 13:00pm to 17:00pm
DELIVERY & CHARGES
Once you purchase your appliances we will call you to confirm your delivery date with an opportunity for you to reschedule if needed.
Delivery is FREE within a radius of 10 miles of our Showroom & Warehouse only to ground floor.
Should delivery be out of the 7 mile radius, a charge will be incurred .
In both instances if delivery is above ground level then once again there will be an additional charge.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to
make sure access is viable to the property and that floors are covered to eliminate any chance of damage to property.
INSTALLATIONS
We work with subcontractors of the highest proficiency to bring the best service to our customers.
All our subcontractors comply with our Health & Safety requirements. These requirements follow UK legislation and Approved Codes of Practice, and an assessment of risk is conducted prior to site commenceing installations to minimise hazards and reduce the risk of accident and injury.
RECYCLING APPLIANCES
We’ll come to your house and remove your appliance(s) for a small fee when we deliver your NEW appliances. Large appliances like washing machines, tumble dryers, microwaves, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, are accepted. CONTACT US
We'll recycle your old product.
We can help you dispose of your old appliances in an environmentally friendly manner. We will take away your old appliance, like-for-like, when we deliver your new one*, and make sure it is recycled in accordance with the UK's WEEE Directive .
* Your old appliance must be disconnected and outside your property on the day of delivery.
WARRANTY
New appliances come with a manufacturer's warranty guaranteeing repairs and servicing for the year(s) covered.
Once purchased and with the invoice in hand, it is the responsibility of the customer to register the appliance(s) to activate warranty.
