    • Appliances, such as fridges, fridge freezers, ovens, hobs, washing machines or dishwashers, once opened or used.

    • Small appliances, such as hoover, iron, vacuum cleaner or kettle, once opened or used.

    • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accident.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We may request photographic evidence or ask you to return the item for further inspection.

    • We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    • In any case, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
